Coe Costa & Moore is a partnership of 2 Optometrists, Mike Moore (pictured left) & Gary Scarlett (pictured right) and 1 Dispensing Optician; Melanie Chilvers (pictured middle). Originally founded in 1911by A E Coe in London Street Norwich.He was a photographer, his brother an optician.In 1976 the practice moved to St Andrews Hill in Norwich and opened a second branch at Church Lane Eaton. Due to parking and access problems in the city centre in July 1995 the practice moved from St Andrews Hill to 111, Cromer Road Hellesdon where it has ease of access and on site parking.
